As a fully online coach, I help men and women reach their body composition goals while supporting a healthy body & mind. I believe ‘fitness’ is less about maintaining a 6-pack year round and more about a healthy relationship with lifting & food. Fitness and nutrition should improve our life and how we feel, not add more stress. 

Whether you’re brand new to fitness and nutrition or have been in this world for a while, our program provides the step-by-step system you need to complete a successful phase of working towards your goals (with tons of support along the way) and educate you on the why & how to maintain the results long-term.

Hi, I'm Kaylee!

NASM CPT, PN1, FHC

My passion for fitness started after I found strength training. It helped me trade the cycle of restrictive dieting and chasing ‘skinny’ for the empowering lifestyle of building a strong, healthy body.

Working as an online coach is the culmination of years of continuing education, mentorship & hands on experience training clients and designing programs. Our focus isn’t only on losing weight—it’s on body recomposition: gaining muscle, losing excess body fat, and building a body that feels strong and confident!

Hallie wanted to feel confident for her 30th birthday.

Hallie was super active. Working out in group fitness classes and getting 15,000 steps a day.

 

But, she was relying on classes that didn’t always fit her busy schedule, which made consistency challenging.

We simplified her training taught her how to fuel her body, and in just 3 months, she lost 12 pounds, celebrated her 30th birthday feeling her absolute best, and has kept the weight off for over a year!!
